Y&Y Management are much more than property managers. Our full service covers property management, maintenance services, portfolio management, facilities management and legal services. Our dedicated site managers know their properties inside out and are always on hand for advice both to tenants and to owners. Y&Y Management was established in 2007 by the current managing director, Joe Gurvits. The company started with humble beginnings, with only two employees in serviced offices. However, it was not long before Y&Y Management had to move offices due to their rapid growth.

Y&Y Management now employs over one hundred employees nationwide and manages blocks of apartments across the UK. We are persistently striving for new and dynamic ways to improve service delivery across all levels of our provisions and this drive for higher levels of service has contributed to the perpetual growth of the company.

Y&Y Management currently have over 300 residential blocks under management.

As at June 2017 Y&Y Management is responsible for managing over 20,000 individual homes.
