Adam Azoulay is a Director of Y&Y Management Ltd, responsible for overseeing a residential portfolio of more than 5,250 units and £1.5 billion in assets under management. With over 14 years of industry experience, he specialises in building safety, asset management, major works delivery, and service charge strategy.
Adam leads multidisciplinary teams across complex developments, working closely with developers, freeholders, investors, and residents to deliver safe, compliant, and well-managed communities. His expertise spans large-scale remediation projects, regulatory compliance, operational management, and long-term asset performance.
Alain joined the company in 2009, bringing with him more than 35 years of distinguished experience in Financial Management, Auditing, Taxation, and Systems Administration. A highly accomplished finance professional and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Alain has played an instrumental role in strengthening and modernising the company’s financial operations, implementing sophisticated accounting systems and refining internal procedures to support the Group’s continued growth and success.
Combining detailed technical expertise in finance with strong team leadership and project management capabilities, Alain is recognised for his dedication, work ethic, and commitment to achieving results. He is never reluctant to devote the additional time and effort required to ensure that responsibilities are met to the highest possible standard, whilst fully appreciating the importance of effective prioritisation and delegation.
As Group Financial Controller, Alain oversees the Company’s Financial Governance and Regulatory Compliance, including Banking Relationships, VAT Compliance, Statutory Company matters, and the preparation of Annual Financial Statements together with detailed quarterly and periodic Management Accounts. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail, strategic insight, and steadfast professionalism, Alain’s expertise continues to provide a strong financial foundation for the organisation and contributes significantly to its long-term stability and strategic development.
Alain’s specialist management and accounting expertise includes Team Management, Project Management, Team Restructuring, Financial Systems Implementation, and Office Administration.
Alain holds the professional qualifications FCCA, AssocRICS, MIRPM and MTPI.
Following several years studying abroad after secondary school, Daniel went to read Politics at the London School of Economics where he achieved his BSc Honours.
Daniel joined the company in 2022 and has gained experience in service charges, budgeting, staff management, project managing major works, contractor management and maintenance works.
With close to 20 years of experience working for leading managing agents, Avrohom joined Y&Y in April 2023 and is responsible for a portfolio of properties. Avrohom provides clear communications to ensure smooth and transparent management services to leaseholders. Avrohom has specialised in external wall remediation projects - successfully applying for grants, appointing professional teams and coordinating projects to successful completion to ensure safety and protect the value of homes for leaseholders
David’s role is to ensure that the development he manages is maintained to a high standard and meets all H&S criteria. He is always available to assist leaseholders and residents with
queries about the development, resolve any issues that might arise and ensure a smooth day to day operation.
Krisztian’s role is to ensure that the development he manages is maintained to a high standard and meets all H&S criteria. He is always available to assist leaseholders and residents with queries about the development, resolve any issues that might arise and ensures a smooth day to day operation. With years of experience in front line customer service, Krisztian is able to approach even the most difficult situations with positive attitude, keeping the leaseholders and tenants happy and satisfied with the service provided by his concierge team. Krisztian is a great problem solver and is able to find solutions to issues at a rapid pace which has a high impact on overall aspect of preventative and reactive maintenance at his development.
Antonio's role is to ensure that the development he manages is maintained to a high standard and meets all H&S criteria. He is always available to assist leaseholders and residents with queries about the development, resolve any issues that might arise and ensures a smooth day to day operation. With years of experience in the residential sector, he understands the requirements of the leaseholders and tenants. He is known for his energy and positive attitude, he has a knack for finding the root cause of problems and solving them quickly. He is always willing to help others and go above and beyond to ensure that he achieves his goals .
With 23 years of experience in the residential property sector, Gavin has been a key part of Y&Y Management since 2007. Rising through multiple operational roles, he was appointed Operations Manager in 2014.
He oversees all HR functions for a team of more than 100 employees, sets company standards and policies, and supports property and site managers with day‑to‑day operations across more than 20 residential properties. His role also includes but not limited to troubleshooting complex issues, company training, developing and setting operational procedures, coordinating emergency responses, and contributing to long‑term strategic planning.
